I invite you to close your eyes and move with your breath.

You don’t need to be in sports wear at all, get some comfy warm clothes on and let your body and mind connect together with the bridge of our breath.

We take it very chill! Slow, soft movements to just allow your body to form a beautiful rhythm and float around our mats.

Either take your savasana or join me seated, sometimes seated feels so hard, so take it as a little challenge, prop yourself up with pillows or a wall behind you and let your breath carry you.
