I taught this class as a livestream and l loved it so thought to add a little extra making it 60 min power. Focusing on our hamstrings and hips, building us up to our splits.

There’s options to go upside down, the luxury of being at home and perhaps not feeling too confident, go by a wall and see how it feels.

Have a try, play around and definitely don’t take it seriously!
